5th i believe..

I can't believe how fast the day are going by. Well softball is finally over...haha. I had one week where i had absolutely nothing at all, then i started dance. I really do love softball, but when dance team starts it's extra exciting for me. Dancing has been a huge part of my life for pretty much as long as i can remember, same with softball but, i'll admit it i do like dancing better then softball.
The beginning of our dance team season starts with our camp. Its a three day camp where we learn all our our routines for the season, along with team bonding and such. During those three day we dance for atleast 8 hours each day. Its super tiring, but total worth it. The first day we had to learn three out of the six routines we had to learn for our fall season. The first day is usually the easiest out of the three days because nobodys sore and tired yet haha. But along with the three routines we learned we also did team technique which is like breaking down our leaps, kicks, and turns, and team bonding. During team bonding we usually talk about what we want our season to be like. I think its great that we do that because then we all have our own chance to say what we think. All in all just on the first day everyone was excited to be there and i could tell. The second day is usually the worst day because its right in the middle of everything and everyone is sore and tired and a little bit stressed maybe about the routines we learned the prior day. Day two we learned two more routines along with team tech. and team bonding. Even though everyone was sore it didn't change the way we danced. Every single person still worked their hardest and pushed through being sore. Nobody let that bring them down. After working through the routines that we learned that day and reviewing the routines we learned the day before everyone was wiped out. Two down and only one to go.
The third and last day we had at camp we learned one more routine, did some team tech., team bonding, and reviewed the dances which we would be performing to the parents that evening. We ended on a good note that day with the last dance that we had to learn, everybody loves it. At the end of the day after team bonding and before our parents started to arrive we all got to choose two dances out of the six we learned to perform in. I love performing infront of people. Its what we do! Starting out our season with camp is great. I love doing it and it just makes dancing so much more fun.
I'm getting pretty far in Animal, Vegetable, Miracle so i'll probably start talking about that more and my project for it.
